Mobile word game — phone, tablet, and PC / mobile cross-play
SlangIt! is a browser-based mobile word game that runs on any modern smartphone or tablet. The layout adapts to small screens, touch drag-and-drop is first-class, and PC / mobile cross-play means you never have to finish on the same device you started on.
Mobile-first layout
- Touch drag-and-drop tile placement.
- Readable tile values on small screens.
- Big tap targets for the action buttons.
- Works in Safari on iPhone / iPad and Chrome / Firefox / Edge on Android.
Add SlangIt! to your home screen
SlangIt! is a Progressive Web App, so you can install it to your home screen directly from the browser — no app store required.
- iPhone / iPad: open slang-it.com in Safari, tap the Share button, then tap Add to Home Screen.
- Android: open slang-it.com in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, then tap Add to Home screen (Chrome may also offer Install app).
After that, a SlangIt! icon sits on your home screen and launches the game in full screen.
PC / mobile cross-play
Every online mode supports cross-play: start a game on your laptop on lunch break, finish it on your phone on the couch. Play a friend who is on the opposite device. Your Slang Journal and stats follow your account.
Data-light gameplay
SlangIt! is a small static bundle plus the API calls needed for your moves — there are no big video ads or heavy media to burn mobile data.
